«Today's considerations should have shown you how it is possible that the wave of hatred and hostility that has hit humanity can be followed by a healing wave of international love between men and peoples, a wave that arises from the knowledge of what unites, as new crests are generated from the valleys of a wave. But we live in an era in which what is possible must be pursued by men consciously, voluntarily and freely. Man must imagine the conditions for the unity of peoples on Earth, so that everyone can contribute with their knowledge to ensure that the wave of hatred is followed by that of human love. In fact, it is only with this kind of love that what has been destroyed by hatred can be healed. If this love is not wanted, destruction will remain. This is the terrible alternative that today faces the soul of the man capable of recognizing it. Those who correctly perceive this terrifying eventuality say to themselves: souls must not sleep, otherwise it could happen that, due to the weakness of the sleeping souls of the people, the healing wave is unable to emerge from the wave of hatred>.
