ARCHETYPES AND FORCES OPERATING IN NATURE - LE MADRI FOUNDATION

Dettagli

Many great thinkers of the past have developed a conception of "knowledge" as an instrument of transformation and expansion of reality thanks to the ability to place themselves between the rational world and the spiritual sphere, becoming intermediaries between these two apparently opposing fields, while the modern dominant materialist culture he forcefully denied the existence of a spiritual reality, reducing everything living to a commodity.
This is just one of the consequences dictated by the predominant materialism which conceives life and nature as a mechanistic event resulting from chance.

The limits of this materialist approach are captured and well summarized by Goethe in this sentence of his: «To understand and describe a living reality, one always tries first of all to extract the spirit from it; then one has a hand full of inert fragments, which only lack (unfortunately) the connection of life."

And, before him, also by Plotinus: «How absurd it is to attribute the existence and formation of the Universe to mechanism and chance is clear, even before any reasoning».
While Rudolf Steiner defined a series of practices (or exercises) to be able to complete a spiritual-initiatory path for individual internal development. Among these exercises are education in wonder and devotion towards Creation, recognition of the marvelous spiritual order of the Universe and the union (collaboration) of man with this order.
Based on these factors, this writing highlights the links and relationships between archetypal forces and the natural world, with particular reference to the plant kingdom and biodynamic agriculture.
By “archetypal forces” we mean the 4 elements (Earth, Water, Air, Fire), the 3 alchemical principles (Salt, Mercury, Sulfur) and the Sky/Earth polarity (light/darkness).

Read in the book of Nature trying to grasp the language, even symbolic, through which Life expresses itself and manifests itself at different levels.
