SOY FOR TOFU

bo96 (Glycine max)

Soybean pods with a clear hilum and very high protein content, used for food or as a green manure. They are particularly suitable for tofu production, but not for edamame. They are ripe when the seeds can no longer be pierced with a fingernail.

Height: 50 cm

Tip: Variety PROTEIX.

Inoculation with Rhizobia increases yield. You can find the right vaccine for the seed vaccination of soy under article "zz01" or "soy vaccine".
