ONE HUNDRED HERBS OF HEALTH - AAVV
Dettagli
This book - with very detailed full-page images - describes some of the most useful plants for man, his health and well-being that are still found in the fields and woods around us. The presentation is made using simple cards, always accompanied by color photographs that facilitate the recognition of the plant species. For the most part they are spontaneous species that normally grow in our mountains and in the hilly areas of the Apennines, or they are well-known and easily available exotic species (e.g. aloe). In many cases they are plants known and still used today, such as chamomile, mallow, fennel and garlic. In other cases they are plants whose use has been lost over the years, and it is therefore a knowledge that can also be recovered by those he has never lived in the countryside.
