Composition

Powdered willow bark Salix spp. Cortex 100%

Characteristics
It is a totally natural dehydrated vegetal matrix obtained from the micronization of willow bark. It is rich in various compounds, in particular polyphenols and salicylic acid. Its use has long been consolidated in organic and biodynamic farming practices as a support for the crop's self-defense mechanisms against fungal adversities. The use of dehydrated powder gives the product a longer shelf life.

Methods and doses of use
To use the product, an infusion in water is required, with the following procedure. Bring 30 liters of water to a temperature of 80° C, add 200 g of willow bark and leave to infuse for 2 hours. Filter, adjust the pH to 6.2 then dilute the preparation 3 times bringing it to approximately 90 litres. The theoretical concentration of the bark of Salix spp. present in the final solution applied to the plants will be approximately 2.22 g/l. The preparation thus obtained must be used within 24 hours to avoid potential microbiological contamination.
