More and more people say they feel confused, scared and don't define themselves as "happy". Yet every human being has the right to happiness and should only acquire some new "ingredients" to have a solid foundation on which to build it.

Although there is an advanced state of well-being and progress, thanks to the possibility of being able to take advantage of resources of all kinds, the needs to be satisfied have also multiplied, I would say almost disproportionately. As a result, we continue to run, exhaustingly, to achieve goals and material goods which, ultimately, do not lead to the much desired satisfaction and happiness.

For many years, I can say that I literally "wandered" in search of happiness and then, at a certain point, I finally discovered the piece I was missing for my balance and inner peace, in short, what represented happiness for me.

If I, who was among the queens of victimhood, complaining, problematic and demanding beyond measure, could do it, anyone can do it. I currently feel that I have reached the height of maturity and that I am in a profound degree of awareness, inner security and balance, like never before.

After so much suffering, happiness has finally arrived for me too and I would like to share with you the path that led me to this achievement.

I have learned that happiness can be built every day, starting from gratitude towards life.

Happiness lies in the journey.

In this book I propose the simple, fun and creative 3T (Twenty one Times Thanks) method, which I developed, used, and continue to use.

The 3T method takes into consideration the awareness of what you have, what you do, what you are, and leads you, through gratitude, to building the foundation of your happiness.

Just as a musician dedicates time to tuning his instrument before a concert, you too will learn to find, every day, a moment to refine the way you face the day, which will be as positive and creative as possible.

Creativity, in fact, allows us to appreciate changes with greater satisfaction, implying a much more vital and optimistic attitude.

At the end of reading the book and, above all, of the practice that I will suggest, you too will have experienced the power of gratitude and will be among those who will thank life for everything it offers, regardless of the circumstances.
