FUNNELCER

FunnelCer is an overlapping system trap specific for the monitoring and capture of pine processionary moth ( Thaumetopoea pityocampa ) and indicated for the capture of other lepidopterans such as the potato moth and the food moth. Made of high quality plastic material, it guarantees excellent durability over time. Inside it, a pheromone dispenser is placed in the appropriate cage which is active for approximately 5-6 weeks.

In general, 3/4 traps per hectare are placed for monitoring the Pine Processionary Moth. For mass capture at least 10 traps per hectare, to be installed starting from mid-May. FunnelCer does not require particular maintenance but periodic control of the catches is recommended; on this occasion check the cleanliness of the collection funnel. For use in the food warehouse, place the trap at least one meter above the foodstuffs. Each trap controls an area of ​​approximately 250 cubic meters.
The kit consists of a green trap, with fixing accessories.
