Belonging to a specific blood group influences our susceptibility to certain diseases and is a sort of genetic imprint that establishes who we are and the food choices and lifestyle that best suit us.

The blood group diet, developed in the United States by the work of Dr. D'Adamo, was introduced in Italy by Dr. Mozzi who, thanks to a successful television program and his conferences on the subject, made it known to an audience ever wider.

It prescribes, for everyone, the drastic reduction, if not elimination, of cereals that contain gluten, cow's milk and derivatives, cured meats and pork. For each individual group he then adds specific prescriptions : for example, Zero and A must avoid potatoes, A and B tomatoes, B and AB chicken.
