Carnivores? For charity! Vegetarian is already good, but vegan is much better . We often tend to fix our judgments on the ethicality of a diet or lifestyle (ours and that of others), but we lose sight of the reason that pushes people to give up certain foods: respect and love for nature.

So, eating more (or only) vegetables is obviously very good for our health and the environment, but with very little effort we can transform ours into a truly ecological choice and bring even tastier dishes to the table. Just go to a supermarket to find tomatoes and courgettes, which perhaps come from the other hemisphere, and ready meals that we no longer have the time or desire to prepare ourselves, even in the middle of winter. Yet summer tomatoes have a completely different taste and so it is for a dish cooked with fresh, top quality ingredients.

But are we still able to grasp the difference, addicted as we are to the flavors of industrial products?

Who notices how exaggeratedly sweet the biscuits and cakes we find on the shelves are ? After all, this way of eating, in addition to altering our taste, also causes serious damage to our health.
