Today biodynamic agriculture is  very "fashionable" and for this very reason we often find ourselves reading, seeing and hearing things that have little to do with its true  and often unknown scientific-spiritual principles.

I became interested in this type of agriculture  and I started practicing it in the late 80s,  being the son of farmers, I absolutely did not want to practice the idiotic chemical agriculture of poisons that was being popularized in those years and because organic agriculture, although good and useful, did not give me all the answers I was looking for.

I decided to write this Manual to collect my now thirty-year study, training and practical experiences in an agile and simple text, so that it is easily usable for those who want to approach and practice  the method.

This farming method was born in 1924, well before organic farming, thanks to the brilliant intuitions of Rudolf Steiner.

The first thing to cultivate, and often the most difficult, is oneself: knowing how to recognize one's own ego from one's own ego, knowing how  knowingly and consciously weave science with spirit with  agricultural problems,  because it is necessary to approach and practice this technique without preconceptions and with healthy curiosity, observation, courage and enthusiasm:  “fertilizers” that are useful both for us and for those around us!

Among other things, I would like to remind you that biodynamic agriculture has a strongly social aspect and if you manage to build even just a small group of farmers to meet rhythmically,  set up together i  get ready  and exchange their experiences  on their use it helps a lot, it spreads  and speeds up learning the method: a method where you never stop learning, creating and  to experiment!  

I can tell you  from my direct experience that biodynamic agriculture works very well and the results are seen very quickly and it costs little in economic terms, if not respecting the rhythms and processes  etheric - vital in the use of preparations and processes, because the earth is immersed in the rhythm of Nature, but nothing like cultivated Nature wishes to be awakened and  humanized!
