LEPICER

LepiCer is a shed trap that can be activated with specific pheromones for monitoring and capturing the main lepidopterans. Monitoring with pheromones allows you to identify flight periods and estimate population density. Considering an indicative intervention threshold of 10 adults per trap per week, it is then possible to carry out any treatments, taking into account the biological cycle of the insect and the mode of action of the product used.

In general the capture period goes from early April to September. Place LepiCer at the beginning of April at 1.5 meters from the ground and space the traps at least 40 meters apart. Install 2-3 traps per hectare; the dispensers exposed in the traps maintain good activity for a period of approximately 5-6 weeks, after this period it is necessary to replace the dispenser. The glued bottoms must be replaced whenever it is impossible to clean them of captured adults or their adhesive power is reduced.
The kit consists of a shed, 4 interchangeable glued bottoms, fixing accessories.
