Annalisa Bettin , biologist, nutritionist, specialized in Food Science, Doctor of Biological Medicine at Southern International University, is a Master's professor of Nutrition at the University of Siena. He writes articles and holds conferences in the field of nutrition.

Beatrice Savioli , biologist, nutritionist, graduated from the free Italian university of applied naturopathy, has attended various courses in nutrition, dietetics and nutritional integration, and holistic nutrition. He is a Master's Professor of Nutrition at the University of Siena. He lives and works in Modena.
