Characteristics

NeemAzal is an insecticide-nematicide of natural origin based on Azadirachtin, a limonoid harmless to humans and warm-blooded animals extracted from the seeds of the Neem tree (Azadirachta Indica). NeemAzal acts on phytoparasites at the juvenile stage mainly by ingestion but also by contact and has significant translaminar and systemic properties if absorbed through the roots. Its use in fertigation against root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne sp.) is excellent. NeemAzal has a strong activity as a growth regulator, inhibits the formation of Ecdysone (hormone involved in the control of moulting) and also has a phage-deterrent (anti-feeding) and repellent action. The high selectivity allows its use close to the launch of useful insects.

Tips for correct use

Use at the first appearance of pests (in the early stages of development). Two treatments 7-10 days apart are recommended. The effects are fully visible after 7-8 days. Avoid using water with a pH higher than 7, otherwise use a buffer product.
