Variety of German origin, semi-late in ripening, created basically for the industrial production of fried potatoes, but also suitable for packaged products. In favorable soil and climatic conditions it can produce quite high yields. The number of tubers per plant is medium with medium-large size, therefore plant with a slightly higher sowing density than standard. It requires fertile medium-textured soil, with good availability of nutrients and water. It adapts mainly to hilly and mountain areas. Perform the standard doses regarding the three main elements, namely nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. It has a certain tolerance against drought, secondary growth occurs only in extreme conditions. Thanks to its long dormancy, it is preserved for a rather long period of time. Despite some resistance against downy mildew, still carry out a preventive control schedule.
