CHARACTERISTICS:

Levante , one of the most interesting, has an elongated oval shape, is semi-late with shiny skin and high tolerance to downy mildew as well as to the YNTN virus, excellent organoleptic characteristics, excellent shelf life and high production.

A late cycle variety, with light skin, regular shape and size, characterized by high productivity (45-50 tonnes of harvest per hectare) and excellent shelf life (thanks to the high dry matter content).
Furthermore, the good tolerance to Peronospora makes Levante particularly suitable for organic cultivation.

• long/oval tubers, shallow eyes, light yellow skin and yellow pulp

• Semi-floury paste, with good dry matter content and good culinary qualities, suitable for making fried potatoes at home and for long shelf life

• Good resistance to downy mildew on the plant, resistant to PCN (1 and 4)
