Today it is truly necessary that biodynamic agriculture and spiritual science become the heritage of every human being, that groups of conscious, aware, operational and collaborative people are born and flourish and that each of us cultivates and/or consumes products that truly come from biodynamic agriculture. !

Only in this way do thinking and feeling become creative in volitional action.

In this text I wanted to give an overview of where we have arrived, with my personal experiences and research, in the last 30 years on biodynamic agriculture, combined with elements of anthroposophy that I believe are essential to be able to know and practice this type of agriculture.

Something that few had done so far.

Precisely because, as Karl Konihig says, biodynamic agriculture is like a branch that, when detached from the tree, dries up and dies!

This book is not only written for those who practice biodynamic agriculture, but it is written for all those who eat and wish to be conscious and aware of the elements and quality of their food and the influence of these on our common evolution.

In the second part I tried to give as exhaustive a picture as possible on fundamental themes of spiritual science with images appropriate to today's times of the helping and hindering forces that interact in both the agricultural and human fields.

In the last part I propose a series of mantrams, individual exercises and prayers that I have used and that I use regularly and which are a practical evolutionary complement and fundamental realization for our individualization, spiritual physical fortification.
